This page governs your use of helixforge.co and any purchase made through our platform. Please read both documents before placing an order.

Terms of Service

These terms govern all purchases and use of Helix Forge Peptide. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below in full.

CLAUSE 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing helixforge.co or placing an order through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use this website or place an order.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who purchases or attempts to purchase any product through helixforge.co.

CLAUSE 02

Research and Laboratory Use Only

This is the most important clause on this page.  All products sold by Helix Forge are intended exclusively for research and laboratory use by qualified individuals. They are not approved, licensed, or intended for human consumption, therapeutic application, diagnostic use, veterinary use, or personal use of any kind.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or authorized representative of an academic or institutional research facility.
  • The compounds you purchase will be used strictly for in vitro laboratory or scientific research purposes.
  • You will not use, distribute, or resell any compound for human or animal consumption, therapeutic purposes, or any application outside of laboratory research.
  • You understand that these compounds have not been evaluated or approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory authority for clinical, therapeutic, or personal use.

 

Misuse warning.  Any use of Helix Forge products outside of the research-only framework described above is a violation of these terms and may constitute a breach of applicable Canadian law. Helix Forge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where misuse is suspected.

CLAUSE 03

Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order on helixforge.co, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be located in Canada at the time of purchase.
  • Be a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institutional buyer acting within a legitimate scientific research context.
  • Provide accurate information at checkout, including your research affiliation where requested.\

 

Helix Forge reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse service to any individual or entity that does not meet these criteria. Orders placed by ineligible buyers will be cancelled and refunded.

CLAUSE 04

Orders and Payment

All orders placed through helixforge.co are subject to availability and confirmation. Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until Helix Forge issues an order confirmation by email.

Helix Forge reserves the right to cancel any order at any time before shipment for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected misuse, payment failure, stock unavailability, or ineligibility of the buyer. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order placement through our secure, encrypted payment gateway.
  • Helix Forge does not store credit card information. All payment data is handled directly by our payment processor.
  • In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be processed. You will be notified by email and invited to retry.
CLAUSE 05

Shipping and Delivery

Helix Forge ships to all Canadian provinces. We do not currently ship outside of Canada.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout based on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-chain protocols to preserve compound integrity during transit.
  • A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is issued with your order confirmation, before the compound ships. You receive the analytical documentation prior to the compound arriving at your facility.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Helix Forge is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@helixforge.co within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
CLAUSE 06

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, Helix Forge does not accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect compound integrity and research safety standards.

CLAUSE 07

Limitation of Liability

Helix Forge supplies compounds for research and laboratory use only. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any compound for any purpose beyond laboratory research.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Helix Forge shall not be liable for:

  • Any harm, injury, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of our products outside the research-only framework described in these terms.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of our products.
  • Any loss of research data, experimental failure, or outcome resulting from compound handling errors outside of our facility.

 

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

CLAUSE 08

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from a transaction on helixforge.co shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada. By using this website, you consent to this jurisdiction.

CLAUSE 09

Changes to These Terms

Helix Forge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of helixforge.co following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the website.

For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Helix Forge Canada collects, how we use it, and your rights under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

  • Payment processors: Your payment data is handled directly by our payment gateway provider. Helix Forge does not store or access your full card details.
  • Shipping carriers: Your name and delivery address are shared with our courier partners solely to fulfill your order.
  • Legal authorities: We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, court order, or lawful government request.

 

All third-party service providers we work with are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law and their own privacy commitments.

Cookies and Tracking

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account relationship with Helix Forge and for up to 2 years following account closure.
  • Support communications: Retained for up to 3 years from the date of the last communication.
  • Analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form. Individual session data is not stored beyond 26 months.

 

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal data management procedures.
